Community Involvement

Good in the Community

At Corporate Furniture Leasing, a division of AKcorp, Inc., since 1974, we believe in supporting the good deeds of our local community's charities and nonprofits. We work together as a staff to make a positive impact on our community.

In the past we have supported a range of philanthropic activities, including volunteering with local youth baseball teams to fundraising and creating awareness for breast cancer. We love that these activities bring our staff together and help us give back to the community we call home.

We are also proud to provide ongoing support to various Section 501(c)(3) charitable organizations. Corporate Furniture Leasing, a division of AKcorp, Inc., since 1974, donates furniture rental to these organizations that provide housing for families visiting Houston's world renown medical facilities during treatment.

Throughout record history years of 2017 and 2020, our entire team worked diligently and tirelessly in support of disaster recovery relief efforts to provide furniture rental services to over 150+ families displaced from their homes during Hurricane Harvey in Houston and Hurricane Laura in Beaumont and surrounding areas.
